Scuba Diving in Mexico: La Paz
During this video, I was fortunate enough to go on a trip to La Paz with my dad and take my first underwater video at age eleven.  There was a video contest with some cool prizes and I knew I must plan my works if I was to do good.  During the pre-production of my movie, I knew I had to have some type of storyboard as the "modow" of the trip was "What's your story?" For my plan I decided not to have a complicated written out storyboard, but instead a well thought simple guide/plan in our heads. As you can see in the video, my plan was, "Person on the streets travels to Mexico and has an amazing adventure, then runs out of money and needs to find a job." Easily summarized into a quick sentence, I knew exactly what I wanted to film and already had editing ideas flooding my mind! So, I filmed the breathtaking adventure! Out of all the cool things I saw and filmed, the seal lions were probably the most significant and I decided to keep it simple by sticking only to them. After I finished filming, the editing process was simple. I just edited all the footage of the sea Lions I had captured to music I felt fit the movie and Voila! My finished movie!
